Refund and return policy

Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in case of bankruptcy. We cannot return the license that has already been activated. To get your refund you must contact us by email at info@licensel.com within 30 days of purchase. You must provide us with the order number and license key number.

If you report a defective product to us, we will diagnose the fault and provide steps to solve the problem within 24 hours.

If we are unable to resolve the fault, we will provide you with a replacement product or a full refund. Our promise is that if you contact us for help and we cannot solve a technical problem, we will provide you with a full refund. Refund processing takes 5-10 business days.

Keep in mind that all licenses sold by Licensel are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.

Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer, as we are the vendors of the licenses; all software is provided by Microsoft and is copyrighted, so no refunds will be made for software compatibility.

Defective key codes will be replaced or refunded according to the customer’s choice. Faulty codes can only be demonstrated by us with Microsoft PID Checker output.

Licensel assumes no responsibility for any local computer problems that may prevent the normal operation of any software.

All products sold by Licensel include a 1-year warranty for PC reinstallation and reset cases and free chat/email support.

To deliver the goods immediately, as we do, we need explicit consent so that we do not hold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Keep in mind that the consumer will lose the right to revoke the contract after providing express consent to begin delivery of the digital content. That said, be assured that this is a legal fulfillment and that our only concern is your satisfaction; therefore, we will support any order without imposing cancellation because of this point.
