Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Change of Mind
Yes, we accept returns and refunds even if the customer changes their mind after purchase, provided the request is made within the 30-day return window.
Defective Products
If a product is defective, customers are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. We will first provide troubleshooting steps within 24 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement or refund will be processed immediately.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 1–2 business days once approved. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Digital Licenses
Digital licenses can only be refunded in the event of failure.
Activated licenses cannot be returned.
Refund requests must include the order number and license key number.
Compatibility
Software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues, as we are the licensing vendor, and all software is provided by Microsoft.
Defective Key Codes
Defective codes will be replaced or refunded (verified via Microsoft PID Checker).
Warranty & Support
All products include a 1-year warranty for reinstallation and PC resets, plus free chat/email support.
Consumer Rights
To deliver goods immediately, we require your explicit consent to waive the 30-day cooling-off period for digital content. Once consent is given and the license delivered, the right to withdraw from the contract is lost. However, your satisfaction remains our priority, and we will process all valid returns or refunds as stated above.
