OFFICE PACKAGE COURSE FOR COMPANIES

Office package programs are now widespread and we find them installed on most computers. Every day professionals of all kinds rely on these tools to perform tasks such as: drafting written documents, entering data, analyzing information, and preparing estimates.

However, these tools must be known how to use them with sufficient dexterity: one cannot be satisfied with superficial and approximate knowledge, otherwise the advantage in using these software would be insubstantial. It is true, however, that it is not necessary to know every single possibility made available by these programs, since some of them are applied only in particular and infrequent situations. Fundamental , then, is to understand what each of these programs can and cannot do.

The reference version that will be used during the course is 2013. However, we must emphasize the fact that between this version and the previous two, 2010 and 2007, the differences are not substantial, although the computing power of the software has been increased and some inaccuracies have disappeared.
