Refund and return policy

Please note that digital licences can only be refunded in the event of bankruptcy. We cannot return a licence that has already been activated. To obtain a refund, you must contact us by e-mail at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. You must provide us with the order number and the licence key number.

If you report a faulty product to us, we will diagnose the fault and provide steps to solve the problem within 24 hours.

If we are unable to resolve the fault, we will provide you with a replacement product or a full refund. Our promise is that if you contact us for help and we cannot solve a technical problem, we will provide you with a full refund. Refund processing takes 5-10 working days.

Please note that all licences sold by Licensel are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.

The compatibility of the software is entirely the responsibility of the customer, as we are the vendor of the licences; all software is provided by Microsoft and is copyrighted, so no refunds will be made for software compatibility.

Defective key codes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s choice. Defective codes can only be demonstrated by us with an output of Microsoft PID Checker.

Licensel accepts no liability for any local computer problems that may prevent the normal operation of any software.

All products sold by Licensel include a 1-year warranty for PC reinstallation and reset and free chat/email support.

In order to deliver the goods immediately, as we do, we need explicit consent so that we do not hold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Bear in mind that the consumer will lose the right to revoke the contract once he/she has given his/her express consent to commence the supply of digital content. That said, please be assured that this is a legal fulfilment and that our only concern is your satisfaction; therefore, we will support any order without imposing cancellation because of this point.
